I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Machu Picchu. the location was perfect as it was just a stone's throw away from the bus stop. It made visiting the archaeological site extremely convenient. Secondly, the hotel's proximity to the running river created a picturesque ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Lastly, the staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. From the cool decor in the rooms to the hot eggs cooked to order for breakfast, this hotel truly impressed me with its attention to detail.

We were in this hotel for Christmas and we loved the two free cookies per person that were left on the bed as a sweet gift. Also, the hotel was very well located next to the bus stop and main attractions were within walking distance. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to go to the bus station and not have to worry about long lines to visit the main sightseeing spots.
Our stay at this hotel during Christmas was marred by the fact that we had to listen to loud music from a party at the hotel that went on well into the early morning hours. The noise kept us up all night, and we were not able to have a restful night of sleep before arriving at the main attraction. Additionally, the sheets on our bed were not changed during our stay, and when we asked the staff, they did not seem eager or willing to help us with this issue.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the bus stop for the main attractions of the city. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always making sure our needs were met. The breakfast served at the hotel was fresh and tasty, and the variety of options was appreciated. the rooms had great views of the surrounding area and added to the overall experience.
The rooms were quite noisy, with street and hallway noise easily heard, resulting in a disrupted sleep. The room was also a bit musty-smelling, leading to a feeling of discomfort.

This hotel has a convenient location as it is located down the hill from the train station and close to everything especially if you're going to or coming from Machu Picchu. You won't have to worry about restaurants either as there is a good one down the street. Plus, the hotel is close to the train station.
The hotel doesn't have the best street view.

Great location near the sights and transport links. The breakfast selection was good and complimentary Wi-Fi was a bonus to chat with friends and family back home.
The elevator in the hotel was a bit slow and at times, crowded. The decor was slightly outdated, and the room's furnishings could use a bit of improvement to make guests feel more comfortable.
